Syntax Error

<sid.inpe.br/iris@> has not the uniform repository name syntax, neither the repository identifier syntax.

A uniform repository is a sequence of four successive directories whose names are:
- a subdomain name,
- a domain word, and eventually a port number, separated by "." or "@",
- a year and
- a month, day, hour, minute and eventually second separated by ".".

More precisely, the repository name syntax is:
<subdomain-name>/
<domain-word>[.|@<port-number>]/
<year>/
<month>.<day>.<hour>.<minute>[.<second>]

Here are two examples of repository names:
<dpi.inpe.br/banon/1995/09.01.10.50>
<dpi.inpe.br/banon-pc2@1905/2005/12.07.19.19>

A repository identifier is a sequence of two words (not any words) separated by "/".

Here is the example of case-insensitive identifier for the first repository above:
<3ERPFQRT3W/753HE>

Here is the example of case-sensitive identifier for the first repository above:
<kLwpN6zZ/kfnE>
